Many times, I find myself frustrated because some view or another has been "chosen" for me by appsheet. For example, the view shown when clicking a pin on a map is not a Map Pin view, but something else entirely. Similarly, on multiple occasions, I've found that after adding a chart view for a table, the view shown for related child lists inside detail views has now been updated to my chart view.
AppSheet should fix this problem of leaving us to guess, wonder and generally waste time on trying to sort through the view default assumptions that it makes on our behalf. The new feature that lets you point at a view and go to it helps, but only with diagnosing the problem. The root problem of repurposing views automatically persists and is still frustrating.
