We have monitoring for performance and automation, which is great.
But we need to have mobility to solve problems with Android & iOS AppSheet app.
There are many issues like sync problems, crashes (with deleting every record in the queue), not loading images, not loading (or partially) XY backgrounds and other bugs.
Users are frustrated because app admins don't see any problems in their monitoring. When the user is in the office (with Wi-Fi) everything is often okay.
We need to have something to monitor the whole process.
