Move add and view buttons of nested tables

This one is real simple. I think that you should move the add and view  options in nested tables into the header. They kind of dangle below the tables at the moment and don't appear to be that well associated with the tables. You also need to scroll right down on a long table. See image below for suggested placement.

Having them looking a bit more buttony might be good as well.
