Paused Application - better message (custom one?)

Right now, once the app is paused, the message show is a big "Error" then a small explication that the app is paused. 

This is for me not good for the final user.. 

Why not show Paused instead of Error ? 

or even better, why not give to the dev the possibility to show a custom message to explain why the app is not working for a while?

Would love to be able to provide a custom page when an app is paused while I perform an upgrade.
