Proportionally decrease column button height

Column button height should better reflect small text sizes.

Value selection buttons have a default height, perhaps dependent on the app's overall font size setting. If a format rule makes the text larger, the button height grows accordingly. However, if a format rule makes the text smaller, the button remains far taller than necessary. That precludes the technique of decreasing the text size to make the column less prominent--e.g., as a quick edit column in a detail view or in a form view--since the button itself doesn't decrease in prominence.
