It would be very handy to be able to set a set of filters on each list view that would serve as initial filters for the user filter widget on list views.
While it is possible to Set User Filter values with URL Parameters, It is not the same as pre-selecting the values to filter every time a view is opened (like a view accessible from a menu).
Such a feature would allow for a pre-filtered list to easily become a list of all records without cluttering up the view with overlay buttons (I might add that there is not a good icon to use to indicate ALL RECORDS).
If saved filters ever become a thing, it would be nice to be able to make presets for all users and to select one as default in order to achieve the functionality requested here.
