incorporate speech recognition

can u incorporate speech recognition in New entry module? I need entering data (transcribed speech) in field/cell (new record/cell not written but talked). So i need functionality of speech recognition (similar but not assistant for menus commanding).

Android and iOS already provide speech-to-text, so this feature already exists for mobile users.
