how can we exclude some IPs from the rate limit on Cloud Armor

Hi Team,
we would like to setup rate limiting for  loadbalacing using cloud armor  and Can we exclude some IPs (whilelist ) from the rate limiting? anybody help me this case.

Before proceeding to rules for rate limiting make sure to know these information[1] first to identify clients for rate limiting. Then regarding the configuration of rate limiting you can use this link[2] as a guidance.
