A few days ago, for the purpose of conducting relevant tests, I subscribed to an application on the GCP Marketplace called "F5 NGINX Ingress Controller w/ F5 NGINX App Protect DoS" (which indicated a cost of $1.18 per hour). I deployed it to a test cluster, conducted tests for approximately an hour, then removed the application from the cluster and deleted the test cluster. I also deactivated the corresponding API services. However, when I checked my bill today, it showed that I incurred a charge of $2600 on this software.
Help, help! GCP's technical support seems to require a monthly subscription, and the billing support only has automated responses. Where can I provide feedback to GCP regarding this issue?
