Error installing Windows Server Remote Desktop CAL license on Windows Server in GCP

Hello everyone,

I have a computer instance running Windows Server 2019 Datacenter. I am trying to install Windows Server Remote Desktop CAL license to allow more than 2 users to connect to the server. When I try to go over the "Add features and roles" in the server manager, the server is getting stuck and I cannot add the features I need in order to install the Windows Server Remote Desktop CAL license.  Any recommendations for the next steps here?
