Urgent VM restart

My VM is down and I cannot connect to it.

The address is also incorrect.

Is there no way to get urgent support with Google Cloud ?

First of all, your VM is Linux or Windows? And which is the mettod of connection that you try?

Welcome on the Google Cloud Community. You can reach out Google Support if you have proper support plan in place. If you have Basic support plan, you will get billing-only support.  More info here [1].
