Chronicle SOAR: Shift Roster

Good afternoon,

I am currently trying to implement case assignments based on different shifts amongst the team - also known as shift roster. Is there any out of the box functionality that I will be able to use in order to achieve this ? I am currently trying to evade complexity by using custom lists, custom functions and so on.

If this functionality is not present/available, how are you guys doing it ?

You might be able to do this with the Define Departments function in Incident Manager. Just create Departments by shift and use Incident Manager to handle your role assignments? There could be a method that's more tailored to your goal I personally haven't used yet.
