Sharing this nugget because I can't find it referenced anywhere in AppSheet Help or this Community and thought it might help someone one day.
It appears possible to express duration in days as well as hours, minutes, seconds (the later as shown in documentation).
For example: "240:00:00" (10 days of 24 hours each) can also be expressed as "10.00:00:00". The expression assistant makes this conversion automatically below the expression editor when evaluating the duration value, but it's not explicitly replaced in the editor.
A minor note, perhaps. But it simplifies expressing longer wait periods - for example in Bot automations:
