Personalize terms of service

Hi, 
I'm Dr.Akram Zine Eddine Boukhamla, IT manager at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla.
Our university subscribes to G suite and one of the services you offer is messaging.
We'd like to change our policy on the creation of e-mail accounts for users (students, teachers, employees) so that each user must validate terms of servrice of the account they've been assigned, so that they use it for academic and professional purposes only. This terms of service will be sent with the account activation e-mail.
Please take into consideration this suggestion for further update.
