We are developing a Web application to run some tasks using the Gmail API. We are aware of the usage limits depicted in the Usage limits documentation. However, checking the Resolve errors reference, there is an entry to Resolve a 403 error: Daily limit exceeded. This entry posts the following:
A dailyLimitExceeded error indicates that the courtesy API limit for your project has been reached.
Based on this, both usage limits, user and project are different, am I right? What is the usage limit for each project/app? Our concern is we ran out of usage limit and the application is unable to operate for a day (according to the error message).
I appreciate any hint you can give to better understand these limits.
