I have a query regarding Workspace Mail logs. As per Google Workspace Policy, it provides a 6-month log storing service, after which it automatically deletes the logs. However, in one of our business requirements, we need to demonstrate that we are maintaining Workspace Mail log records for 1 year.
I have searched for solutions but haven't found a comprehensive idea. Therefore, I am looking for a script or any other solution that, after six months, we can rotate the logs into Google Cloud or on-premise storage. This approach would help us comply with the Google Workspace policy while meeting our organization's requirement for maintaining logs for 1 year.
