Adding members to a Google Workspace

I've invited new members using Gmail addresses to a Workspace; however, no one is receiving the invites; anyone know why?

Hope you're doing well, just to have more context this, you have invited them to still use their personal gmail account to access to specific files? Or do you want them to have access to your Workspace environment itself?

Which was the specific steps that you have performed?

Talking about not receiving emails, did you try send a normal email to check if arrive to their mailboxes?
