Hi, 

I hope someone can help me with this. I couldn't find the answer anywhere so I am posting it here.

If someone wants to check work email and is not using the Gmail app, he is not forced to configure a work profile on an Andriod device or to install Google Device Policy on iOS. I have tried this with the default Mail app and Outlook on iOS, and Android as well. Is there a way to force this when the user is using only 3rd party apps?

@sinisa_k If I read your question correctly, I believe you will want to enforce the use of the gmail app and work profiles by disabling IMAP and POP3 - https://support.google.com/a/answer/105694?hl=en&fl=1  -KAM
