Archiving Shared Drives for All Members

We're looking to organize our company's shared drives and archiving old drives. However, when you archive a Shared Drive, this only archives it for yourself. Is there a way to do this so it archives for all workspace members?

I assume the best way to do this is to add the users to the GSD with the viewer role and rename the GSD to include archived in the name.

Thanks for the suggestion Capitan! Unfortunately what happens is when you Archive or Hide the GSD, it only appears archived/hidden in your own user view and not anyone else's even if they are a member.

Oh, what you are talking about is hiding the GSDs.  I don't believe this can be managed for end users as of right now.
