I am part of a team in Google Labs and we are exploring new ways to bring email automation to your fingertips. We'd love to speak to you to learn more about what you or your companies may be doing today in email automation. In particular, we'd love to hear from folks that are part of small businesses (<10 employees).

Could you possibly say a bit more about what you mean in terms of "email automation"? I'm not sure I fully understand what you're asking about. 

(Just asking to help others, as I work for UC Berkeley. We have just a bit more than 10 employees! 😉)
