Cannot access google workspace account, still getting charged.

Apologies if this isn't the correct board to post on. I have a google workspace account I have made that I cannot log into. I completely forgot the workspace domain email as I was planning on using it a bit later this year, and recovering with phone number/backup emails seems to only lead me to other personal emails. Looking through google cloud, and from the email closely associated to the workspace I can't find the admin account username, but I am still getting charged for it, so i know it hasn't been deleted or canceled. I fortunately know and still have the domain name, and access to the GoDaddy account for this domain. I have emailed support, but they have no responded in a couple days. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.

Hope that helps,

Ian

Hello! Thank you for the response, I apologize for the late response. I went through all the steps, and I am caught at using my domain to recover the account, as I still need the account name. I attempted to contact support, over phone and email to no response. And unfortunately I still need the admin account name to open up a case online. To get in touch with support I need to be able to have access to the admin panel in the account, that I can't log into.

Any advice or resources on how to continue would help! Thanks!

Did you use the resourse bellow the first recovery option?

This option is to recover when you don't know who your superadmin is.
You will get to this form:
https://support.google.com/a/contact/recovery_form

Yes, I don't have anything aside from my domain to recover the account by, or even knowing if the account exists. I fill out the recovery form and I am stuck at 'We need more information from you.' As the options are 'I am a super admin and I cannot sign in' which needs the super admin email address. And the second option, 'I am a user and I cannot contact my administrator.' needs an email under the same domain which I also do not have. And 'I am experiencing a different issue.' redirects me to a form, which I can only fill out if I have the admin username that I need to recover. I put in what I think the address might be, and it accepted, but when I put the address I guessed into the traditional recovery it says the address is not found.
