Email signature on the mobile device with a photo

I am trying to set up a signature for an email on my mobile device with a picture and there is no such option

It is possible that setting up a signature for mobile is going to be a bit more limited than on desktop...for example personal accounts can create mobile signatures and they would follow https://support.google.com/mail/answer/8395. The article concerning signatures for Workspace accounts: https://support.google.com/a/answer/176652. For example for Workspace, it sounds like the admin does need to allow the option but it is possible I am reading that article incorrectly. It does indicate the image is coming from URL, from their computer, or Drive (however the instructions do seem to indicate you would be doing it from desktop not mobile).

The options here are really on a desktop computer and not on a mobile
