Google Gsuite License

Hi Guys

i need some help. I have a legacy Gsuite license that was automatically upgraded to a basic Workspace license. I now need to upgrade that license to a upper tier but when i try to upgrade it does not let me. It informs me that i am on the correct tier but i'm not.

Any help on this would be apprieciated.
