Nice weather out here! I hope everyone is safe and well...
I manage IT, operations and customer service for a billing software company. I have been working with some form of this company and it's products for the last 30+ years.
The depth of my knowledge goes back to times when people had to put a telephone receiver into an acoustic coupler attached to a decwriter, so that it could connect to a time-sharing service and spit out information onto greenbar paper.
