I don't see Polls in google meet

We have a Google Business account, and we use Google Meet. I am the admin of our google business account. I see google workspace and google meet in my admin portal, but I don't see any options for turning on polls. When I'm in a google meet as the organizer, I don't see any option for polls within google meet. When I do a web search, it seems like it should be there unless it doesn't exist and has been replaced with something else? please help.

Polls in Meet are only available in the Business Standard and Business Plus editions of Workspace. Are you perhaps on Business Starter?
