Looping on "Sign in with an administrator account"

Description:

I am an admin on a Google Non-Profit Account that we just set up. It is verified. I am an admin on the account. I am signed into Chrome with that admin Google account, and attempting to sign into admin.google.com, but hitting an infinite loop in the Choose Account flow where I am told "Sign in with an administrator account
To sign in to admin.google.com, use an administrator account for a managed Google service, such as Google Workspace or Cloud Identity. Learn more about Google accounts". There are no options listed. I choose "Add Account", enter my email (the same one I signed into Chrome with, and that I have verified is an admin through https://www.google.com/nonprofits/. I am prompted to authenticate my passkey, which I do. I am then brought back to the same Choose Account page where I am told to Sign in with an administrator account, but none are listed. This is a loop that cannot get past. I have also tried this in Safari.

@arinepon you demonstrate the issue in the screen recording: you cannot sign in to your Google Workspace admin panel with your @gmail.com account: you need to sign in with your Google Workspace account (using the domain you registered for Google Workspace)
