We just received 750 new Lenovo devices. We are having the following issue. When a student logs in (these were white gloved and pre-enrolled in our admin console) the google browser launches but requires the student to login. Also, a window opens stating the google play store is installing. We have google play store blocked. Has anyone else had this issue? We have to power wash the device which re-enrolls the device automatically. Once we login again, the chrome browser shows the correct student logged in BUT the student has to wait about 5 minutes for the play store installation window to complete and disappear.
whats the os in these devices? chrome os or windows?
