Regarding POP3 email downloading

        I have checked with Google Workspace team, There is no option to download email for particular  Date's or month in case of data corrupt in outlook.

It will start from start to download or from now option is there in Gmail settings.

Is there any option to download past week or month email to download in pop settings.

@Harish85 I can't think of a way that the POP3 protocol supports such an option.  Additionally, if you are popping and deleting the mail from Google, Google no longer has a copy.

From what I know, outlook does not allow you to download only messages within a date range. It will be all or nothing. 

For the corrupt outlook, you can run a scan on the PST file and repair it. If that does not work, you can create a new outlook profile and redownload all messages once more.

Google and Outlook don't play nice together. When I started with Google Workspace years ago I worked with all our die hard Outlook users and got them to convert over to using the Google web interface. You can even set up Gmail Offline access https://support.google.com/mail/answer/1306849
