Sign in with an administrator account can't see new admin account despite verification

I have set up an account twice today: got emails, got into admin dashboard, but when making next actions steps (adding new users) when verification is requited I see Sign in with an administrator account and the right account isn't listed and when adding manually new account (gmail) I can't log in. 

Paid twice for new workspace account (I managed to set this up twice from the start for the same email which unbelievable that system didn't recognize it!!!) 

Restarted machine and cookies, please help!
