Switch from Business Enterprise flexible plan to Business standard commit plan

Hello, 

I have a client who is directly with Google on Enterprise Standard on flexible plan. He wants to switch to Business Standard with commit plan. Is it possible to switch? Does Google allows it?

@pdhabadi Only reason I can think of is if they are over 300 users, they have to stay on Enterprise SKUs.  Otherwise, they should be able to contact support and request a quote..  They will have to commit to a floor for the minimum number of users.  They also might have to work with a reseller for it and generally you have to pay 1 year at a time when you do that.  I am assuming they haven't tried and had an issue? -KAM

Hi KAM, thanks for taking your time to reply for my query. You are absolutely right, we contacted Google and said the same thing. They will have to remain in the Enterprise SKU for a committed period and no downgrade. Thanks once again for your valuable information. - Prakash D
