Wrong picture next to business profile on mobile phones

Wrong photo on our Google search profile. We are optician. Picture shows old people who started the company. It should be glasses. How can we change this awful photo on our profile? Why does it keep appearing there? This issue has been reported several times. The photo is loading from our website, but it's no longer present anywhere on our site. We seek assistance. The problem is occurring on mobile devices.
