changing domain, can I transfer my workspace

I am changing my domain and tried to change the second part of my email address on my business workspace but it wouldnt let me. I guess this is because it was bought through domain.com. I am trying to switch my servers from domain.com but i know once i do that , my google workspace will be gone and all my reviews will be lost. The reason im trying to switch servers is because my website has been down with them and not working. 

What is the best way to proceed without losing my reviews? I have a new website domain and another gmail account ready to be used but i dont want to lose my business profile.

Hi, 

In order to change the domain part of your email address you need to have a second domain added in your workspace domain, the domain needs to be added as a secondary domain and the domain needs to be verified, You can see how to do those steps here

Once you have that in place you can switch the domain portion of your email address by updating the user.

It doesn't matter where you have the domain registered as long as you are able to verify it, there are some limitations to changing the primary domain name of your organization, if you have G Suite starter or free, if you have Google for education among others.
