If you could please share your unique referral link here, I can have a look at your referral status.
One of the reasons that a potential referral is no longer showing up in your dashboard email is because they have not reached the 90 days of being a paying Google Workspace client and have stopped paying for their account.
You can also reach out to the support team via the contact page. They will be able to give you the accurate numbers if you'd like more detail about your referrals.
