A sharp increase in the waiting time for mail with PDF

The waiting period for generating a mail with PDF attachment has increased dramatically (from several tens of seconds to several minutes). What caused this? Is this temporary?

I have also experienced this issue on and off for about a month. I’ve been in touch with support about it. Lately it has been fine but I did experience a delay yesterday with some workflows with pdf attachments being emailed.

Increased latencies in delivering emails Announcements

We are seeing increased latencies in email deliveries. We are aware of the issue and working on the root cause. We will get back with more details soon. Update 2: 11:00 am PST We have identified the root cause and system should be getting back to normalcy. We have about 20K emails in backlogs being cleared at about 3K emails per hour. We are expecting system to be back in normal state in ~6 hours from now. There is no loss of data associated at this point. We are adding more guardrails to co…
