Ability to assign names to different app versions

Google Sheets allows one to provide a custom name for any versions in the version history. This is extremely helpful when you plan to start making a large change to your Sheet, in case you need to undo and start from the “beginning”.

If we could have that same ability in Appsheet, that would be fantastic. Just a simple text entry box to add a custom name to each version

It would be nice if those named versions were kept for a longer period of time too, maybe forever, considering a limited number of named versions of course .

Hahaha! Yes!
I make a copy of the app, and retain that in a version log deal I made… Also then I can use the app upgrade feature to roll back at anytime without version limits…

Yah that’s definitely the best way. I just figured it’d probably be a really easy addition to make.

I agree… Should be easy enough… Would be cool if the named versions had longer retention periods as well.
