I have built a few apps to see what would work best for performance and administribalitity (my own word), and have found that having one table with about 69 columns instead of 20 plus tables is the most efficient with the exception of show ifs and having to scroll to the column you want to modify. It would be awesome to be able to build table slices and be able to edit the columns in the slice section instead of the columns table to avoid all that scrolling.
