I have two forms that were set up to “re-open” the form after the user opens the app. I set the setting in the UX -> Views section.
However, one form has additional “view” icon on the bottom that is between “Cancel” and “Save,” and another doesn’t. That one that has the additional “view” icon on the bottom that is between “Cancel” and “Save” can not re-open automatically after the user opens the app, even though I did set up the “Re-open” in the UX -> Views section. Can you let us know how to fix this problem, please? Some of my users are not tech savvy so we need to make sure the form is re-open.
