I have several users that access the browser link on a computer or a tablet and have notified me that they are having issues accessing the app. They get a message stating error has occurred and to click ok to get the latest version; however, after they click get the latest version, it still continues to say update. At the same time, many other users have not had issues accessing the app. I suspect that this has to do with the user’s browser version needing updates. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what were the underlying causes and solutions?
