Account not upgrading after payment taken

Could one of the account team have a look at this account and email or dm me if they need proof of payment.

The account was upgraded to Core for 2 users on last Wednesday, the debit payment was taken on last Wednesday

The account is not showing the paid subscription plan or any billing history
