Have you checked this article before? Lookslike using webhook is the only way to add multiple row in a table.

I need to append table 2 to table3 (2 and 3 have the same structure) when a new record is created in table 1. Do you know a way to achieve this?

Is there a reason why do you need to copy the data from one table to another one when the structure is the same? Would it be better to use the data from Table2 with slices? Then you would not need to duplicate your data size in the app.

Table 2 is a template with the questions. Table 3 includes the answers. I got the answer and it works: Append table2 to table3 when adding a row to table1
