Action (adding new row to another table) Issue

I know this formula is incorrect, but I’m not sure which I am supposed to use. Ref_Rows isn’t letting me because “list isn’t an expected value”
I need this action to create a row in another table (my “Tasks” table) and these are the columns I need to reference. The Opportunity column “Site Name”, however needs to relate to this column in my Opportunity table

The Opportunity column in the new row should be set to the key column value of the referenced row.
