Action Button Colours

I was wondering if this is possible or not:

An action button to be colour coded depending on whether or not that specific action has data behind it. For example, an action button to open a file, however sometimes the file has not been uploaded, therefore would turn red. However if the file had been uploaded the action button to open the file would turn green?

I would suggest checking out Formatting Rules under the UX tab. Under the section ‘Format these columns and actions’ you would want to find your action this pertains to and then write an expression like

ISBLANK([FileColumn])

in the ‘If this condition is true’.
