I Have Created Action Button To Create New Row In Another Table

But Here I Want to Add Condition to Show Action Button Only if Minimum One Selected Row Must Contain “Checked” in Column XYZ

There is no way for an expression to know which rows have been selected, so you cannot do what you want to do.
