Action for uploaded images etc

There should be an action for image / video / signature saved. Is it hidden somewhere, since obviously Appsheet does capture the images / videos / signatures? Would be helpful if we could use it to combine actions …

Adding an image/video/signature is just data input like into any other column, the “action” would be to open the form. What do you envision the action that you’re requesting would look like?
