Is it posible to trigger an action when a value in a cell is change in a quick edit?

I try to do it with โ€œexecute a sequence of actionsโ€ and create a an expression but I couldnยดt.
so how can I do that with Datetime?
I had a ChangeTimestamp column, what would be the expression that should trigger the action?
