Add new row every time and populate

Hello, love your website, really what I needed.

So im trying to build a bookkeeping sheet.

Everytime I enter data it has be in the new row created above the 3rd Row, First two are frozen.
Data has all the check details like Date and Amount and Invoice numbers

So how do I create an action that will Add one row above 3rd row, and add data to it?

I have script in Google sheet that already does this, any way to do it here?

Not possible. AppSheet isn’t really intended to be used with spreadsheets that are also being used outside of the app.
