Adding new rows automaticly on a different sheet

Adding new rows automaticly on a different sheet from an store inventory app./

What Im looking to do is to get the appany time there is a reducction on the invetory to add the info on the colums of that product with the time that it was change. All this on rows on a blank spreadsheet.

Can I do that ? How ? Please explain it the easier way.
