I’ve got a “new user” email Action that is triggered when a Teacher adds a new Student in the app. The email that the Student receives has a link to download the app.
I’ve had an issue onboarding new Students through this email- they are getting an “Access Denied” notification. I’m starting to wonder if it’s because I didn’t manually enter them first through Users, Share App. Do I have to manually add each user in Users before they can access the app? If so, do they need to respond to change their status to “responded” for them to be recognized by AppSheet?
