Adding shortcut doesn't work

hi everyone, something is happening with the option to add shortcut of the applications for both androi and ios. Anyone know what can it be ?

This sometimes happens if the logo that you have defined for the app somehow has been removed.

The message that Appsheet actually gives when it can’t create the shortcut is something along the lines of “check you have an internet connection”.

I think it really means that it can’t find the logo to put on the shortcut!

Seems it was an appsheet problem. now all my apps are working fine. without doing anything
