Additional tooltips guide to open view in full screen

We are always checking apps from end user point of view, rather than app creators.

On dashboard, we experienced app creators know that the view placed in dashboard can be enlarged to full screen by hitting arrows at the upper right corner. However, none of App user does not know about it, unless we coach them or they accidentally noticed this function while they play around with apps.

To get our appsheet app more intuitive and user friendly, we wish to have tooltips effects once they mouse over the arrows.

At the end, it looks like this.

Not a big change, but it will massively help the user to guide for their apps.

OFC, the text inside tooltips can be localized.
